LIST OF INGREDIENTS :

3 eggs, 5 tomatoes, 150 g flour, 1 packet yeast, 10 cl sunflower oil, 12.5 cl milk, 100 g grated Gruyère cheese, 150 g green Italian-style olives, 6 tomatoes, salt, pepper, basil

THE RECIPE'S STEPS : 

  • Chop the olives. Combine the eggs, flour, yeast, salt, and pepper. Incorporate the milk and oil slowly, then the grated Gruyère cheese. Finish by adding the olives and gently combining.
  • Pour into muffin pan and cook in the oven at 180° for 30 minutes.
  • While waiting, chop the tomatoes and basil. Marinate in olive oil, salt, and pepper. Put the tomatoes on the bottom of the plate, put a muffin on top, and serve !
